| ....For
those who like adventures, there is a trip to one of the
least known destinations for eco-tourism: the Amazons.
The Camping ground is located on the banks of the Orinoco
River, just 20 minutes from the Pto. Ayacucho airport.
It is designed in the typical native style with a splendid
view over the river and a lovely terrace where delicious
meals are served to the guest. |
 |
A
daytime activity includes rafting, and kayaking, expeditions
to Indian villages and others interesting places like
the "Toboggan de la Selva" a natural water slide
with pools. |
 |
We
will also take river trips down the Orinoco River and
explore the streams with abundant vegetation, moreover
with luck we might see the fresh water dolphins and otters.
There is time to swim out and to sunbathe on the beautiful
beaches that appear during dry season. This zone is very
appreciated by birds watchers ; an infinite variety of
them (more than 650 different birds species) have been
seen in the Amazons. |
...
A visit to the Indian Market (where you can buy handicrafts)
and to the Indian Museum in the city of Pto. Ayacucho
where the tour ends. We offer other tours and river trips. |
